At Shanti Path Yoga Centre in Annascaul on the Dingle Peninsula we offer
weekly classes, yoga days and residential courses on varying topics.
When you join us you will be learning transformative practices that have been passed down from yoga master to student for thousands of years; our teachers are highly qualified with many years of teaching experience in the tradition known as Satyananda Yoga or the Bihar School of Yoga.
On our courses you will be purifying the body, mind and energy systems.
Practices used include physical yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and concentration practices as well as yoga nidra deep relaxation and mantra sound vibration. You will gain direct knowledge of the chakra energy centres and pathways of energy as you progress in your practice, and will have the opportunity to go deeper on our day-long, weekend and week-long courses.
